Climbing Pinot Gris

Typical of Pinot Gris this wine shows a hint of colour from the delicate bronze colour of the Pinot Gris skins. With aromas of green apple, pear and honey, the wine displays great depth of fruit and character. The smooth textural nature of the palate and utterly delicious finish means this is a terrific food wine. This is a style to drink now - it shows rich honeyed fruit flavours and good acid firmness.
