Maude Mt Maude Vineyard Dry Riesling

Mount Maude is a small vineyard owned by Dawn and Terry Wilson in the beautiful Maungawera Valley near Wanaka, New Zealand. Planted in 1994 on a steep, north–facing terraced slope, terrior of this vineyard combined with the long dry autumns experienced in Central Otago provide perfect growing conditions for the grapes.

Luminous greens and pale straw colour. Youthful, classic Riesling, with lemon–lime and mineral aromas and hints of citrus blossom. Full, lively and fruit–driven with flavours of grapefruit and stone fruits with an underlying mineral element. Natural fruit weight and texture with racy acidity, leaves a long and lingering finish.
